On 15th April 2021, CEO Sharon Zhang was invited to participate in an exclusive management program hold by Alibaba Group in Xiamen, Fujian. Sharon gave a speech to the group about her experience of managing a big factory of all aspects, and also the challenge the company’s faced with. The participants invited by Alibaba are all high qualified premium suppliers in Chaoshan and Minnan region, and Ladymate was very honored to take part in this grand event.
