Payment, Pricing & Promotions

• · We currently accept the following payment methods:
  
  Billing and shipping addresses must match on file with the credit card issuer. For Paypal payment, the shipping address must be confirmed.

• · All prices are listed in US Dollars.
  
  Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to addresses in California.

• · We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
• · We reserve the right to cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

• · Free shipping for orders over $50 (if you are using a voucher, the amount after the voucher is applied must exceed $50)
• · Most orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will usually be shipped within 2 business days. It may take up to 5 business days if there is a high demand.
• · All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
• · Once your product(s) has shipped, tracking numbers will be provided.
• · All shipments over USD$200 require a Direct Signature upon delivery.
• · Any package returned to us (For example: refusal of package, incorrect address or no one to sign for the package) is subject to 10% restocking fee (Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded).
  

Returns & Replacements Policy

• If you use any coupons/gift certificates purchased from other websites, please refer to the terms/return policy listed on the coupons/certificates. If there is no specified terms on the coupons/gift certificates, our standard return/exchange policy below will be applied.

  RMA must be requested within 30 days from shipped date; We must receive your return shipment within 14 days of our approval of your RMA. 

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached.

• Returns not available for locations outside USA at this time.

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

• Return or exchange WITHOUT RMA will be refused or subject to 25% restocking fee.

  We understand that everyone fitting is different and the sizes are varied by brand to brand. We offer exchange for different sizes without charging any restocking fee for the first exchange (replacement shipping fee will be charged), and a 15% restocking fee will be applied for any additional exchanges of the same order

• 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns unless the item is defective.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

Clearance items

• · No further discounts can be applied for items in the clearance section and ALL clearance section items are FINAL SALE.  They cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
