Step 1: You realize the product doesn’t fit
Step 2: You know there’s nothing to worry about because Ladymate has an easy return procedure
Step 3: If you have an account with us, request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by logging into your account and fill out our RMA Form.

Once we review your request and approve it, you will get an e-mail from us with the shipping instructions
