FAQ's
Q: How do I add an item to the cart?
A: Once you find the desired item, select a size and click on “ADD TO CART.” If you wish to purchase more items, click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or if you are finished shopping you can click on “GO TO SHOPPING CART”
Q: Where do I checkout?
A: Click on “My Cart”, select your State and fill in your zip code and click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
Q: How do I apply my voucher code?
A: If you have a voucher code, paste the code into the “Discount Codes” area and click on “Apply Coupon”
Q: How do I check on the status of my order?
A: Select “Log In” at the top right and type in your account information to log in. Once you have logged into My Dashboard, you will be able to view your recent orders including the total amount and shipment status.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Select “Log In” to access your account and click on “RMA” on the left hand menu bar. Click on “Request New RMA” on the right hand corner. Select from the pull down menu which order you are returning from (if the order is over 30 days from ship date, it has passed the return date and will no longer appear) and delete the items from the order that you wish to keep. *Please note-only show the items that you will be returning, the items you submit will be the items you want to return. Please select the “request type”, if it due to size problem, select refund or store credit. If it is due to the product being defective, select replacement. Click “SUBMIT REQUEST,” you will receive an e-mail with shipping instructions once your return has been approved.
